The Brooks Range at the very end of April

Terry took the dogs hunting in the Brooks Range for Caribou.

They brought home 4 caribou.  The dogs pulled 1000 pounds, between two sleds back to the truck.  What amazing animals!

They had awesome weather!

The last of the season, April 24th 2011! It is hot out, you can see it in the dogs!

SNOW SNOW SNOW SNOW SNOW!

It has been snowing up here in the White Mtns for several days.  The training conditions are perfect.  Terry has been breaking trail with the dogs and trying to keep our driveway plowed out.  We are headed out today with small teams to go look at some new trails.
